Fried Okra

Ingredients:

  1. Okra
  2. Eggs
  3. Soy Flour
  4. Cornmeal
  5. Ground Flaxseeds
  6.  Oil for frying

Spices:

  1. Seasalt
  2. Pepper

Directions:

Beat eggs in a bowl (I used two); add whole Okra and let sit for 5-10 minutes

In the meantime, combine soy flour, cornmeal, ground flaxseeds, seasalt, and pepper in a separate bowl

Coat Okra with cornmeal mixture

Fry over medium heat until golden on all sides

**Be sure to always thoroughly wash your vegetables before cooking them

Choose dip as you like! (I usually go for sweet and sour sauce)
